How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.

Why can't I see nearby users?

Make sure location services are enabled for GreetNRate in your device settings. Also ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, try restarting the app.

How do I report inappropriate content?

You can report any user or content by tapping the three-dot menu on their profile or post and selecting "Report". You can also submit a detailed report using this contact form.

Who can see my wall posts?

Only users you have accepted as friends can view your wall and posts. Your content is not visible to the public or users who are not your friends.
